Registration Required for Each Team Member

There are two registrations required for vendors to attend the iSolutions/Prelude Conference.  The first is the vendor attendee registration which is required for each attendee.  The second is the optional Exhibitor Pass which is needed only if you would like to set up in the Vendor Exhibition Area.

Vendor Attendee Registration

Vendors must register each team member for the iSolutions/Prelude Conference to cover Overnight Hotel rooms, Breakfast Buffet, Lunch Buffet, Breaks, Beverages and Dinner.  Vendors will be attending Sunday night through Tuesday (October 8-10, 2017).  Vendor Registration does not include an Exhibition Pass.

Exhibitor Pass

If you wish to participate in the vendor exhibition area, you must purchase the Exhibition Pass separately. Cost is $650.00.
The vendor exhibition hours will run from 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on October 10th and 11th. Vendor tables must be set up no later than 8 a.m. on Monday, October 10th and must remain fully set up until 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11th. Any violations of this policy will result in restrictions on access to an Exhibition Pass at future conferences.
Vendors are not required to purchase an Exhibition Pass in order to attend EUG U2U iSolutions 2017. You may register for the EUG U2U iSolutions Vendor package and attend sessions/participate at EUG U2U iSolutions/Prelude without participating in the vendor exhibition area.

If you would like to apply for a presentation time slot at the EUG U2U Conference, please submit a Session Title and Summary to John Kirby by July 1, 2017.
