Please complete this form so we have the information necessary to process your membership application. Please note that yearly membership dues for the Epicor Users Group is $360.00 (USD). This amount is prorated for new applications received during the year. Your prorated amount will be displayed on the next screen and you will be given an option to enter a payment method online. Alternatively, you can be sent an invoice by email confirming your application and detailing the membership dues for this year.

New members applying for membership must submit registration and payment by August 31, 2010 to be eligible for the Epicor Users Group discount to Epicor's annual convention, Perspectives.
