Has anyone experienced Engineering Workbench in Kinetic opening up intermittently in Classic, although Menu Id is set correctly to Form to Use Kinetic and the correct Kinetic Customization source?
Clearing the cache on the Client and deleting folder files in Program\Data\Epicor has been done as anomalies occur but the Engineering Workbench may come up in Classic... intermittently.
Epicor Tech Support says clearing the cache is the resolution.
