We have a customer in an older version of Epicor, before MICR Checks were added. I added the bank information and the fields for the Check number, Routing, and Bank Account. The Epicor MICR font was installed on the Server and everything worked fine in Test. The bank accepted the check and we promoted the AP Check to the Live company. Unfortunately, the Live company was on a different server than Test and the MICR font did not work. We re-installed the font and restarted their server. The font still did not work.
The customer found out that the Font was blocked. This is something I had not heard of before. Administrator rights are required to unblock the font. We had a little more adjusting of alignment but the font is working now.
