Hello Pacific Northwest Regional Group Members,
We hope you are all having a great holiday season! As we look forward to 2022, we want to thank you all for being valuable members of the EUG. There are a few exciting updates we would like to share with you, first is introducing your new regional leader, Connie Peters. Below is a little bit more about Connie in her own words, please join us in welcoming her to the regional leader role!
"My life and career changed almost 5 years ago when Zepher decided to transition our company from Sage 50 to an all-inclusive ERP Solution. When we began the ERP evaluation, I had a great job as Configuration Manager and was asked to participate on the ERP Selection Team. After Zepher selected Epicor, I could tell this was going to be an exciting transformation and I asked to lead the implementation. With a solid understanding of our manufacturing processes and a tenacious project management style, Zepher accepted my offer and our organization completed our implementation on May 1st 2018!! Since GoLive I have supported the organization in every facet of quote to cash – solving errors, defining processes, and leading enhancements thru customizations, new modules and functionality. I am passionate about Epicor and I truly enjoy utilizing the software to support our cross-functional teams and continuous improvements thru data driven decisions. I look forward to collaborating with members of the EUG to solve issues, share solutions and learn about enhancements."
Secondly, we are planning on starting off 2022 with a Pacific Northwest Regional Group Meeting! We are working on finalizing a date but are looking at around the first week of February. We would love and greatly appreciate your input on what you would like to see from your regional meeting. Our goal is to make sure you are getting the most out of your membership and your opinions are heard.
