Does Epicor have a standard report that you can create a supplier score card from : 

Below are the key areas I would like to gauge.

  • Late delivery.
  • Passed inspection, yes or no.
  • Purchase variance from the standard cost set in the item master.

The basic Supplier Performance is limited and the Rating is manually entered based on the information presented in this system Status Dashboard:

 

 

 

BAQ system queries typically start with “z” and those related to Supplier Performance are highlighted below:

Someone in the main EUG Forum or in the EUG Forum Files section may have previously posted a different report similar to what you are seeking.

 

FYI there are 2 other Epicor Quality related modules - Enhanced Quality Assurance (internal to Epicor and allows addition of Inspection Plans and Action Items like BPMs) and Advanced Quality Assurance (this is a 3rd party product interface). Ask your Customer Account Manager (CAM) for more information on those more advanced modules if you see a need.

The standard dashboard from Epicor shows the number of receipts late not percent of receipts late.

I have built some to show this information.

The receipt detail table does show the inspection results, but sometimes you may fail a receipt because you want to run it through DMR for more inspection.

 

SourceDay (SourceDay.com) has built in quality tracking metric like you were asking for along with the cost information too.
